Thoughts on How to get 500% Attack Speed?

I am fairly certain the knot that gives attack speed over time for physical damage doesn't work. Without that, I have NO idea how we're supposed to get to 500% AS. I thought maybe more meta progression but my runes that I picked up give very small amounts. Using the web,you get maybe 25% on a gold one... I can see doing it eventually if I were EXTREMELY lucky on the web but realistically that ain't happening.

So am I missing something? I feel like locking one of only three characters behind such a RNG gated achievement is pretty ridiculous. I must be missing something so any help would be great! TIA!

EDIT - That knot DOES work, just don't use the knot that does 1 damage per second (and gives 10% leech) as it will reset your stacks every second. Derp.

I had about 40% on warpaints, and also the Blood Frenzy (5% on phys damage to get 1% attack speed) knot of fate and Berzerker Fury (Phys damage has a chance to enrage for additional attack speed), but I just boosted a bunch of attack speed knots for my 500%. There's also another Knot of Fate that gives you attack speed based on enemies inflicted with statuses, but I didn't have that one.

Well, I am certain the knot that stacks attack speed from physical damage (and reset once you take damage) enabled you to do this. I'm certain because I just did it earlier today.

There are a couple knots you could use to achieve this. While I used the physical damage one, I was actually aiming for the knot which goes off the number of enemies you have status effects on. That knot combined with an AOE, like the fire aura AOE, should also enable you to achieve this.

Okay... so I just got it using the knot that ramps AS based on phys damage. I believe when I tried using it before I had the knot that give 10% health leech but does 1 damage per second. That was breaking the other one because it was taking damage every second. Oops.

It's funny though that I tried it two or three times and every time I have the leech knot. This time I didn't and it worked easily. Oh well, live and learn. Glad it works!
