Rite of Eris Update 24.7.27 - Gameplay Enhancements, Bug FIxes, and more!

We are excited to bring you the latest update to Rite of Eris! This build comes with significant improvements and fixes to enhance your gameplay experience. Here's what's new:

Bug Fixes

Enemy Spawning: Fixed the issue where enemies were spawning on top of each other, ensuring a more balanced and fair gameplay.
LOD Adjustments: Corrected the Level of Detail (LOD) changes that were not updating until a restart, providing smoother transitions.
Enemy Spawning Timer: Resolved the bug that caused enemies to stop spawning after 4-5 minutes of gameplay.
Mesh Sticking: Enemies and bosses should now get stuck on meshes much less frequently, making battles more dynamic and less frustrating.
Mega Sphere Size: Fixed the spawn size of the Mega Sphere, ensuring it appears correctly in-game.

Gameplay Enhancements

Souls with Gravity: Souls now have gravity and will fall, preventing them from hovering in the air. Additionally, they can drop XP, Health, Coins, or Mana based on their color, adding a new layer of strategy and resource management.
Character Unlocks: Locked characters now display their costs, making it easier to see what you need to unlock them.
Character Skins: Character icons now open a list of available character skins, allowing for easier customization and visual variety.
Card System Overhaul: The card system has been revamped to show all available cards, allowing players to choose one from the selection, giving more control over your deck.
Attack and Health Balancing: Balanced the values for attacks, health, and damage to create a more challenging and enjoyable gameplay experience.
New Enemies: Each wave now features new enemies, keeping the combat fresh and exciting.

Thoughts on the game so far.

o.. just played half an hour of Eris... I mean.. it got potential buuuut... camera needs an overhaul, especially in border regions and inside buildings/ruins. game sort of stalls out after 15-20 mins of gameplay, meaning nothign new spawns except mobs. bossfight was ok, but after the boss... its like the game sort of stops. no timer for the mission, I played 37mins before I had to quit out. skills was OK but kinda lacking in oomph. mobs and XP orbs seems to share timer, meaning to get more mobs I had to ...
