No suitable graphics card found. Game won't even start.

Anyone else have this issue? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. That did nothing. I don't know what else to do. I run games with FAR better graphics than this. Early access isn't an excuse for the game not even opening. I don't want to use yet another refund request, but if the game won't even open, what else am I to do?
