Bugged chairs

When I try to place a chair on one of the designated spots, it spawns elsewhere... sometimes even outside the bar, in the street. This bug only appeared when I reached the third map. Everything was working fine before, I saved and then quit the game. When I tried to resume, I couldn't place a chair anymore. It makes the game completely unplayable.
