Can we make 1080p or 16.9 because game work 4:3

Works perfectly fine, only "issue" is 4:3 flattened screen. Not big deal but still. I don't need anything from this game but:
1. 16:9 support if possible
2. Achievements?

That's it. Cult Classic for me. Kult will never die no matter how old this game is.
