Full-Screen Resolution Issues

Hi mates, I'm struggling to get this game running well in full-screen. I know the graphics engine is old so we can't get proper 1080p support etc, however I presume it should run ok in 1024x768 at least?

Looks fine in windowed mode, but when I fullscreen it, it looks like this: https://ibb.co/kAMObV
(Had to take a pic of whole monitor with my phone, as screenshots came out blank).

I'm running Windows 7 x64, 1920x1080p desktop res on a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti. Default Configuration settings, (though I'm unsure whether to enable to disable W-buffer?).

Anyone else got this running successfully in fullscreen?

Fixed it, seems disabling Desktop Composition did the trick. Shame can't run it fullscreen in the 2nd highest res though as it does look nice.

Anyways about W-buffer, off or on?
