Report a translation problem
The enemy's hit rate counters your evasion rate. So to evadereliably, you have to get past 100% evasion rate. But I have no idea how much it is for the new content of level 101-200
For level 1-100 people had said that enemies have around 15-16% hit rate.
MDEF is defense for anything magic.
Elements are their own element-specific additional defense ontop of DEF and MDEF. Just like damage reductions.
I read somewhere I forgot that the game has 60% cap for damage reduction ? which is it ? or cmiiw
Damage Reductions are capped at 60%.
Cooldown at 80%.
Crit Chance at 100%.
Elemental Defenses I believe are capped at 60% aswell.

Let's take for an example my Sweeping Monk (saint)
it has 19.48m defense, the description when I hover my mouse over there is like this :
Basics 9.71m
Level 410.22k
Equip 9.3m
Bonus +100.58%
Born +67.2%
Cn text +33.38%
Does that indicate any 60% cap or not ? or the percentage there only shows percentage of how the total def reach 19.48m and not showing any info for damage reduction percentage ?
What you listed are just the numbers that together make up those 19.48m total DEF.
Basics = Level + Equip
Bonus = Born + Others
Born = Respective Stat (for DEF I believe it was CON)
Others = Skill Passives
19.48m DEF = Basics * Bonus
19.48m = 9.71m * 100.58%
19.48m = 9.71m * 2.0058
