Any benefit to mastering multiple jobs?
I cannot seem to equip the skills of mastered jobs, so wondering if there is any benefit at all to mastering different classes/jobs ?

In most cases it's nerfing your chars if you don't stick to a specific job due to the passives the skills provide, but in some cases like psychopath and saint share 2/3 schools so you can run either a shielder or smn depending on the content your doing, just keep the smn, or combat skills low investment so you don't waste much rep/currency. Really though every char depending on traits will be ideal for certain jobs, so let the traits dictate the job. Not to mention how specific gear needs to be stat'ed past lvl 90 to not be gimp in your job. So having a flex isn't needed late game if at all, but you can use it early game and doesn't hurt you much if you keep the skills low investment. I did cross class archer/cannon and ninja, sam though since they both share like-school, incase one is stronger in the future or there is crazy set pieces/skills to support 1 over the other in future updates.
For now, no.
But by the looks of it, Rank5 jobs might require both paths of a kind to be maxed.

wait so Passive from Job Restricted doesnt count?

From what i worked out, you lose the passive effects, I tested it when swapping from +hp passives from combat skills, I lost nearly 30% hp w/o any other changes to the char. Saint swapped over to Psycho. Speed is prob the most important offstat since it only rolls on a few pieces of gear which also share with crit rate and only rolls flat amounts vs % base. So it's hard to get compared to ATK which you can get from gems and any gear slot or scale flat with wep, offhand and accessories. MDEF and PDEF and HP are also good as fillers on a tank. MC is a good char to grab every job since you can swap their attributes on a whim and your forced to take them 100% of the time. Outside the MC though stick with just learning every job on each archtype per char. (who have above avg attributes and traits) Superpower + Saint for example on a tank.
