Hello, sorry but my english isn´t perfect.
I fixed this Problem on my PC yesterday.
I had the same problem. If i started the game, it crashes into seconds with "acfc.exe has problem" and stopped with black screen. I try some things but nothing helps.
Yesterday i tried to optimize the grafic settings over nvidia game grafic optimizer.
It change some settings. I think this setting doesnt support by the game.

After this changes, the game ran whitout any other problems.

i figured it out on my pc with AC3, same exact issue, the installer is not configured for alternate drives, so if its not installed on C: drive, that might be why its crashing instantly,

took me several hours to figure it out

Its installed on my C: drive and it is still not working.

I wound a way to fix it, i was playing around and i deleted PhysX3Gpu, PhysX3Device, PhysX3Cooking, PhysX3Common and PhysX3_86. Now it works fine and it doesnt crash.

Mine had the same problem . Try turning off shadowplay if you have an nvidia's graphic card (sorry for bad english)
