Weird bug, can't play

When I start the first level after skipping the first few messages the fly inexplicably flies to the top left of the screen and I can't move. Anyone seen that? On Windows 7.

Well I was trying to play it with a joystick (360 pad). I don't recall if I tried with it removed, not at home right now so I can't test.

Gamepads are compatible (specially 360 pad), so maybe there are some another device interfering.

It does it with or without the gamepad in. There's nothing else other than keyboard and mouse, and this is the only game with that issue. It's a gaming PC only so there's pretty much only Steam and a browser running at all time.

If anyone runs into this issue, I had a virtual joypad installed for some reason (no idea what did it). Disabling it fixed the issue in this and a couple other games.
