Can the character "Jordan" use his mustache to cast spells or attack?

@horrid: not necessarily in my views but I've released recently a game showing the HP bars if that's what you prefer.
@dwight schrute: don't think there is a problem with this, the game's been around for 2 years on my website without any trouble.
@octo-hippoman: maybe, might want to level him up to find out :p

Also that other game is a point-and-click adventure, not an RPG.

I tried the game on your page for one hour but I don't really like the main Protagonist,... since you mentioned 30 Characters.... can you exchange him later and don't have to listen to him or are we always doomed to listen to his really weird stuff?
Also he seems way to strong ;)

HI, I got a question to everybody here. How long would you say that this game is? And is there a lot of grinding involved? Thanks in advance!

EDIT: I forgot to ask this question as well! Is the game fast paced or is it really a drag to get through it, like for example everytime you have an encounter do you have to wait for 10 sec for the battle to start or is the game like snap snap snap, if that made any sense? Hahaha

Hi guys, programmer here.
I did the Steam integration implementations into the actual game. Feel free to ask me questions as well.

What kind of work goes into the Steam integration?

As someone who has done his share of programming and been on Steam for years, I too am quite curious as to what all goes into that.

I'll just assume it has to do mostly with achievements, trading cards (which do not seem to be implemented yet) and so on and so forth.
Pure speculation.

I'm guessing there is code to work with Steam DRM as well.

If you rush through the Casual mode and know the game, you can get below 20 hours (it's one of the achievements). For "normal" (= try to do the optional stuff - sidequests, exploring areas and so on), you probably get between 30 and 50 hours. For "perfect" playthrough (all quests and stuff) 60 hours is a realistic number.
Now this is true if you have experiences with similar games and use mostly keyboard. If you're a newbie and "mouse-clicker", it takes even longer.

Grinding is totally avoidable in Casual mode, you need to switch your party members there and there to maintain reasonable levels, though. For "perfect" game in RPG difficulty some grinding is necessary, because there is some pretty tough optional stuff.

And the game is fast-paced, I would say. The battles start immediately, with the exception of boss battles, where you get some dialogues first.
