Xbox Live achievements on Halo: Spartan X games?

I don't know if this is like that Yahoo Answers of Steam but will I get Xbox Live achievements for Halo: Sparttan Assault or Spartan Strike if I download the Steam version and not the Windows Store version?

And if I can't do you think that should be a feature?

The steam version is not connected to Xbox LIVE, you won't earn Xbox achievements but you will earn steam achievements.
