ANEURISM IV

ANEURISM IV

Dealer is useless
What really is the point of a dealer compared to a banker? They honestly seems kinda useless unless I'm missing something.

the goal of dealer is to be a very low re-spawn cost, 5 vs what 15?
5 for a dude who really has no benefits? I'd rather be a doctor to be real with you.

They're pretty useful when you have credits and you're starving. They also have access to food and items that give you additional buffs you can't find anywhere else. I've found myself seeking out dealers on a few occasions.

Dealer is 10
Banker is an additional 10
so Banker is technically 20 because you need to be a Dealer to be a Banker, just like how Sanitar is upgraded from Liquidator and Controller upgrades to Limitator

Wrong, dealer is 5, banker is 10.

Dealers are important to Scum and all other Fates, because they can acquire things much more easily through the DealerNet. They have important roles, so maybe you're just bad salesmen or something. Seek out customers, above and underground. Ask what they need and acquire it for them, for profit of course.

Also, if you can lease a shop in an area with high foot traffic, sell food at high prices, guaranteed to sell fast and you'll make tons of creds.

Before the server I was playing banker on got wiped, I had over a thousand credits, mostly from food sales. If proles can't afford it, boohoo. The other Fates make better money and are more willing to spend it. Proles are pretty disposable anyway.

they should add buffs and neg de-buffs for consuming narcotics or carcinogens, smoking makes food and moisture last longer, but now you're addicted and always need them, for example.

Dealers are pretty essential to Aneurism IV, believe it or not. Dealernet has a lot of ♥♥♥♥ that 49 other people fighting in a server would want. Wood? Food? Pipes? You got it. Then once you really get off the ground you can purchase one of the cafes and REALLY make bank. They're the ones you run up to and ask if they have anything of all fates. Sure, Banker is better, as they have the added ability to bank credits that persist between death, and they also have the ability to access Dealernet, but sometimes Bankers don't deal like the Dealers do as they think they're full of themselves.

The banker is literally just an upgrade to Dealer, that's all there is to it

How do you "upgrade" within roles like dealer to banker

find the green soul outline in the world. as a dealer, I will give you a hint:

"Find the monument dedicated to The Founders of the City and find the eye that spies upon the street below"

I would up the traders cost to maybe 7 and have him start with a knife. That would differentiate him enough from not just being a Prole with access to Dealernet. Especially now that Proles can run to the factory to grab a free pipe, I had just spawned in and could still nab one, so it doesn't stop angry Proles from just attacking.

also the meat....
