Banker is an additional 10
so Banker is technically 20 because you need to be a Dealer to be a Banker, just like how Sanitar is upgraded from Liquidator and Controller upgrades to Limitator
Dealers are important to Scum and all other Fates, because they can acquire things much more easily through the DealerNet. They have important roles, so maybe you're just bad salesmen or something. Seek out customers, above and underground. Ask what they need and acquire it for them, for profit of course.
Also, if you can lease a shop in an area with high foot traffic, sell food at high prices, guaranteed to sell fast and you'll make tons of creds.
Before the server I was playing banker on got wiped, I had over a thousand credits, mostly from food sales. If proles can't afford it, boohoo. The other Fates make better money and are more willing to spend it. Proles are pretty disposable anyway.
