it kind of looks like a source engine game, when i saw this game i htought it was a garrys mod rp thing

also its called ANEURISM 4, so was there like 3 games before it? did it used to be a garrys mod game or something?

It's inspired by Gmod DarkRP/Half-Life RP.
This is the only game. The name comes from the city/nation/planet/dimension you live in.

This is not the only game, if you count it's original Garry's Mod counterpart. But it's most likely the ONLY version to still exist in a playable state.

Oh god. I didn't even know this existed. The nazi influence is clearly visible in it, like if a 14 year old didn't like WW2RP and wanted to merge it with half life.

Anuerism IV is much better than whatever that mess is.

Don't get me wrong, I support freedom of ideology and speech, but those roles just look so edgy and cringe.

well the old half life beta when it was much different was inspired by books/movies that were about extreme fascism and had a lot of nazi elements in the look and function of their societies.

the combine used to look more like nazies, but at some point they toned all the crap down

Discord link in the guide now redirects to Vellocet discord. So the guy was making a Gmod server but ended up making whole new game in the end.
