The game isn't meant for everyone but its a pretty decent game with a simply yet fun vision. I would like to see some ideas and complaints u put in here but i see it rather unlikely or not till further down the road like nations are different. Like how would they be different and how do you make all almost 2,000 civilisations unique? Also keep in mind this is mostly a mobile game/s and is more of a similiar game and while we all wish there was a alternative to paradox games with their insane dlc this game won't be it but it is a nice sandbox :))
The mechanics in the game are simple to learn but the intricacies of how manpower or money are created are complex. Therefore to achieve an optimal growth/expansion trajectory one has to do some strenuous calculations. Layer on that the shifting tides of diplomacy and the game has twists and turns that can be unexpected.
I'm trying to earn some achievements related to formable Empires. Try that and you will see how challenging it is.
Overall I rate the game highly. For this price it is well worth the investment.
