Auto Colonization
Is it possible to disable auto-colonization, so that only I can colonize whenever I want, instead of the AI ​​colonizing for me, as is currently the case?

You can auto-colonise?

I set both to 0 and its still happening. All gold vanishes and my manpower is nearly 0 all the time.

That really gets out of control, instead 10 provinces i have now 40 in africa. Hope thats not happening when i´m in a big war.
