Where did Hitler's portrait go?

I saw one blogger who released a video before the updates, and he had a portrait of Adolf Hitler. Where did it go? Is there a way to enable it in the settings?

Same question from my site. I live in germany and I can assure that a portrait of Hitler is not a problem at all and swastikas have been allowed in computer games for several years. I would like an answer from the developer. Thank you in advance.

My guess is something has happened to the files or you have a mod, try verifying the files of the game maybe?
