How To Annex Vassals

Is it possible to annex vassals in this game?
Also, was it intended that after i win a war against 2 countries at once i only get to take one country and the other is unpunished?
Also its super unnecessary to have 90% before having peace i hope its changed so you can at least offer a peace at like 30% where its not a white peace and they can refuse.

Another thing, does anyone know how to increase regiments? I cant seem to get over 40 divisions as a pretty powerful nation and some 2 province countries are rolling me over even though i own like 30% of Holy Roman Empire and no, im not behind in technology...

You can't but atleast you don't need anex vassals couse you can normaly got thier tropps. Built on thier teriotory and make a formable nations without anex

Regiments you can grow if you're upgrade Military Hall and Military general Hall (just click you'r "law" section, then "capital" and you should get upgrade of your military and capital builiding) And you can also unlock special "civilization" perks who can make a regiments liitle bigger. Also somes Advisors have abilites to make regiments bigger
