So while kaspersky and bkav pro reports don't look that scary, the other antiviruses which identify the problem more specifically make it look dangerous. I wouldn't really risk running it. Even if it's actually bad you won't notice the issue right away and nothing may even happen if someone has backdoor to your pc, but you are still risking it. Not worth it for just some game.

It could still technically be a FP but, admittedly I've got a habit of scanning of every .exe I download and I can't ever remember seeing more than 3 detections on virustotal, not even with obscure games from itch or patreon.

Nah, considering Kaspersky is ok with it now I think its fine. They are usually reacting pretty quickly. So if they had it before and now they don't then they confirmed that there is no issue.
