While it's still possible that it's a false positive, maybe dev should do something about it like described here (contacting them to improve their services or fix his own issue so it's not triggered anymore):

AIDetectMalware, UDS:DangerousObject - just unclassified potentially dangerous object
So while kaspersky and bkav pro reports don't look that scary, the other antiviruses which identify the problem more specifically make it look dangerous. I wouldn't really risk running it. Even if it's actually bad you won't notice the issue right away and nothing may even happen if someone has backdoor to your pc, but you are still risking it. Not worth it for just some game.
DeepInstinct, McAfee Scanner, Microsoft, Sangfor Engine Zero are new.
Kaspersky, ZoneAlarm by Check Point no longer detect it as harmful.
