Question: can you pause the game and give orders?

I'm curious if its possible to give orders, like building orders, movement orders for troops....while the game is paused.

For me this is important because i need a relaxed gameplay ;)

Yea you can,i know u can build but idk if u can do movement orders

you can pause to do all that stuff but for commanding troop movements they will just stay put until you hit play again
