Colonization current bug?
Just want to make sure, thought ive read it is currently a bug. Correct tech, correct law enabled, however settler wont move onto wastelands/uncolonized lands. Edit to add this occured in fall of eternal city senario. Is this the reason why? Limited scale senario?

I really don't know how to use settlers for the same reason of "318", can someone explain?

Settlers wont move to uncolonized land - not wasteland. Research was completed. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I have the same problem, research the law and it won't let me move settlers to non-colonized lands.

I think some scenarios/mod maps have it disabled. So you can only play on the main area of the map like: The UK/Europe etc.
