The Tick and Find a Church achievements

There are a couple false walls in the game, they'll have a puddle of blood beneath them.
Tick is behind one to the west in the Hospital underground, just before appendages that damage you.
Church is in the Sewers, also to the West as you come down. You need to pull a lever next to a grate to open the path to it, it has a note next to it. I didn't recall the lever being there initially, so you might need to progress a little. There also is a false wall just before the bridge on the left.
