ATLYSS
Game always launches with Integrated Graphics despite my settings
Title. The first time I played the game, it was an absolutely buttery-smooth 4k144fps experience, as well it should be playing a game with Mario 64-esque graphics on a 3050 Ti. I created a Chang Strength build and cleared the first dungeon, and was eagerly looking forward to playing more.

However, the second time I played Atlyss, it started with my Integrated Graphics and I only got 6 fps. I thought nothing of it; it's a common problem on gaming laptops when playing old or indie games. I just went to my Nvidia Control Panel and set Atlyss to use my Dedicated Graphics... and it didn't work.

Whenever I launch Atlyss, my frame counter shows 144 fps, which suggests it's STARTING with the Dedicated card, but then the window "flickers" and it drops down to single digits. Forcing my entire laptop to use the Dedicated card in the Nvidia Control Panel fixes the problem, but also results in my laptop running uncomfortably hot from routine tasks being offloaded to the Dedicated card, so I don't want to make a habit of it.

If it helps, my laptop is only 1080p, but I have it wired into a 4k monitor and only display the image on that.

Maybe there's a gpu preference set on windows overriding the nvidia settings? Go to the windows graphics settings and manually set the preference for atlyss.
