How to activate PVP?

I press the keybind, V, and it doesn't activate. Help! I want to murder! Do I have to be a specific level or something?

There are locations that only available in Multiplayer - Near Barracks and near portal zone before Sanctum Catacombs. Orange portals which have icon above them (You see it only in multiplayer) and after entering such zones you have 5 seconds before you become auto-flagged for PvP (And each time you respawn if someone killed you here - 5 seconds before auto-flagged for PvP)
