BUG REPORT: Witchlock Loincloth Wardrobe Malfunction?

I've noticed that when equipped, the Witchlock Loincloth isn't rendering properly, so only the boots and a belt render, where's the actual loincloth itself is invisible.

Here's a side-by-side comparison to an actual functioning loincloth...

Perhaps it isn't a bug, but rather a feature?

The witchlock loincloth has always been a cloth for one's loin. It's a set of thigh-high stockings and underwear. Chest pieces can seamlessly blend into the underwear or otherwise cover it up, leaving just the stockings visible.

That still sounds like a bug to me.
