What's the third tab in the skill page for?

Under the class skills, there is a blank square, does this have a purpose right now?

Also is there any plans to move charge attacks to a different tab? As it currently stands, you have your four basic abilities, your class weapon charge skills and two free slots. I love the idea of the skill scroll system, but as it currently stands you don't get enough slots to really experiment before you have to give up a scroll.

It will be for 2nd Classes, most likely. It's not done yet, because the game is not done yet.

Maybe a leftover for something but seeing how we have resistess section maybe it's more features like a utility section then straight-up attack spells we have now. or more abilities in general
