[Suggestion] Optional lowered tail without needing capes

Tails normally stick out perpendicularly with some exceptions, but they get lowered by capes so they don't clip through too much. I figure it'd be nice to be able to lower our tails without having to wear a cape. It can look weird sometimes to prance around with a perpetual tail boner when going for some of the lengthier designs.

You can sort of get that with the Homebrewery mod, just make a cape item with a texture that's all transparent and put it in your cape vanity slot.
