I'll bet most of you wouldn't bat an eye at an 11 year old playing something like Doom Eternal, or Gears of War. But playing a game with characters that basically look like teddy bears with boobs? Unacceptable!
Of course, in the end, it should always be up to the parents to decide. They know better than anyone else what their child can and can't handle, so they need to decide what they experience. So if you're ever curious about whether a game is okay for you kid or not, don't just ask a bunch of random strangers on the internet. Buy it and play yourself it so you can make up your own mind about it.
And always remember: Kids can handle a lot more than you think. As long as you're there to help them understand the difficult parts, they'll be fine. They'll find out about it eventually, so Its better they lean it from you, than someone else you don't trust.
You could still introduce them to the single player demo though! ( https://kiseff.itch.io/atlyss ), which is actually pretty fleshed out for a 'demo', it'll likely get more outdated as time goes on and paying 6$ to have your save data carry over can be good, or support the creators, but it's a good option to see if the game's a right fit and peace of mind from multiplayer.
Your perceptions on society™, your (false) dichotomy on violent games vs gooner games and your parenting advice is completely irrelevant to the topic at hand
OP wants to know more about the game pertaining age target demographic and asking for a consensus over the internet is a very valid form of research to answer their question, and the answer is crystal clear:
This game is NOT suitable for 11 years old, period!.
