Had the same issue earlier today.
Unfortunately I used the 1 I got but im aiming to stockpile at least 5 of each scroll now for others and my other accounts.
If you are not already, keep doing runs of Sanctum Catacombs as its chests are the only spawn for those scrolls.
If I get one in the next few days Ill reply again if you have not already found it.

i just got another
