No evasion enchantment?

Not saying that its something I'd want or even the game needs but I am a bit curious to know why there is no enchantment to increase your evasion. As far as I can tell there's little to no armor that increases it outside a ring or two unless its bandit specific.

I can only assume its either because it would allow the other classes step over the toes of the bandit too much or it would make the bandit too strong.

Idk, I've played the game for a good while now and I don't feel like evasion has ever really been a game breaker even while playing as a bandit using devious signet and leg up at the same time unless I was already levels higher than all the enemies. I could see it potentially getting out of hand but I also think it be nice for other classes to get something out of the leg up ability if they could stack it with evasion enchantments.
