But if you're determined to stick to mana based skills, keep using items. Your mana pool isn't that large, so a single item should top you off. And if you're really keen, you could invest into max mana through manafont enchantments or investing in mind over dexterity/vitality.
Here's what I do, with all classes level 25 with maxed out gear, all items collected, etc:
Bandit-
Enchant cape with Manafont
Spent a ton of money on the 2nd mana pots that restore 60 mana
Get some cake too
Bind it
Spam the pots
That's how you deal with mana problems as a Bandit
Not using a 40 second cooldown Alacrity wasting a slot on your bar
Or wasting stat points on a stat that gives minimal Mana per point
If you REALLY don't want to use mana pots for some reason, you could use Life Tap with multiple pieces of Manafont.
But tbh, going full archer is a very sub-optimal way to play bandit because his katars skills are just way better. If you want to build a ranged caster, i strongly encourage you to try mystic.
