The game is fun as is.
In single-player, it'll take about 10-12 hours to finish all the content in the current game state. Including maxing out your character's level and getting the best gear for your class.
Despite the game only having 2 dungeons and 4 field zones, the basic gameplay loop is fun and trying out the different classes on fresh characters isn't too dull, so one could get 30 hours out of the game easy.
It's a matter of perspective, really. There have been no shortage of folks who argue that the game is sexually explicit despite the fact that the game itself is labeled as merely featuring sexually suggestive content.
Heck, there are those who consider anything featuring anthropomorphic animals as furry fetish bait.
Personally, I don't consider anything to be a "furry fetish" shy of hardcore pornography featuring furry characters whose reproductive organs more closely match those of animals rather than humans.
As far as ATLYSS goes, you can make female characters with exaggerated proportions, their breasts/buttocks jiggle when in motion, and there's a particular boss known as the Slime Diva who fires projectiles from her breasts.

However, there are settings which cap the proportions of custom characters to be less exaggerated/more realistic and you can toggle off the jiggle physical.
Whether or not that qualifies as a "fetish" is up to your own personal discretion.
Merry Christmas!
No one can predict for sure whether you'll enjoy it or not.
The game is cute, and if you liked the style beforehand, you'll enjoy the visuals, I suppose.
You don't have to stare at a goat lady's ass if you don't want to - but you can.
You don't have to create a fat character or a character with a big ass if you don't want to - but you can.
You don't have to be a furry for the game to have a chance of being liked (I'm not a furry, but I liked it, for example).
The content in the game is really, relatively, not that much at the moment - that's true. I'd say it's a 10-15 hour adventure, and then it'll be up to you whether you want to experiment or create multiple characters.
If you want a more action RPG take on something like Diablo or Dungeon Siege, if you're into that sorta game that is, this game may weirdly be for you. That's my selling pitch, at least.
Thicc characters being in a game doesn't make the game garbage gameplay-wise
To answer op's question though, just turn off juggle physics, and don't make the booba big. It's mostly a really fun rpg with cute characters with the option of jiggle physics and making them as thick and you want. I'm not huge into rpg games and i'm having fun doing stuff. If you do get it and play online, just make sure to pay attention to lobby names. lol
