New seasonal cosmetic set
The new set seems to have been added to the drops in the 3 Sanctum chests.
Only got the pants so far, but it does seem like confirmation of this.

Edit: confirmed all 3 pieces exist in the Sanctum chests' drops

I already got 6 shirts and 6 hats. came to check if the pants existed but I guess I gotta keep trying. I gambled all my funds to but its either not in there or the chances are very low

I've been finding them in the 3 sanctum chests. So far got a hat, top, trousers. Is there a cape to go with it?

The Festive Hat, Coat & Trousers seem to be about the same rarity, it just comes down to what drops for you. No cape was shown off or dropped, so I assume none exists.

About 1 hour of chests, 20 Festive coats and 14 Festive trousers.

The RNG in this game is really strange, i did get ONE singular hat just a couple of minutes ago.

Wait, 3 Sanctum Chests? I only ever found 2 as of now. One for climbing the tower and another for going in the back of Enok's place.

there's also one behind Sally's place (behind the rocks) on the right side

its not in his shop, only can be found in the 3 secret chests
