wall of the stars area? (SPOILERS?)

Someone in a previous thread said that there was a merchant near crescent keep, which led to me to the wall of the stars area.
I found the merchant, but is it an incomplete area or are there ways to activate quests there because I noticed lots of glowing teleporters but no way to use them.

Quite obviously the Wall of Stars and the Hog Temple are both gonna be branches into different areas. The latter is quite obviously being setup to house a dungeon in the same way the Crescent Keep does, with a rock gate that will deem you "worthy" when the area beyond it gets added.

Actually we get 2 dungeons per zone, so it's most likely a world boss like Slime Diva in there given what's behind the door(a massive arena).
