Update broke game

Game update broke it for me go to single player and click select character but it doesn't work making me unable to play.

EDIT!: Verifying files has done nothing. Making a new character does nothing.

Reminder that the ability to verify the integrity of the game files exists and will usually make things work again. If the game still doesn't work in spite of that, that is when you need to start worrying.

I had done that right away and the issue persisted.

You have to manually move your save files back to their original folder, so don't freak out when your character select is empty. the saves are just still in the intended new folder.

How do you find the save?

Also incase you cannot move your camera with your mouse anymore (or move or do anything at all) just click on "reset controls to default". That fixed it for me.

steamapps\common\ATLYSS\ATLYSS_Data\profileCollections\(a whole buncha numbers)

all your stuff is in the whole buncha numbers folder, just move them back in to profilecollections

Edit: Strike that

Your input settings also got put in a new folder
steamapps\common\ATLYSS\ATLYSS_Data\profileCollections\inputControl\(whole buncha numbers)

replace the one in inputcontrol(the one that got left in the folder is set to blank for EVERY input) with the one that's in the number folder
