Items in Spike dissapear, HELP!

So, for some weird reason, every new item that I put in one of Spike's slots, except slot 2, disappear when I reopen Spike. There is a few items that stay, that I put in there before the bug happened. The only slot that works at all is II. I don't know what caused this, please help.

the file for spike storage in the save folder corrupted or broke or som. idk if there's a way to restore it but people report save mishaps often so you should make backups every once in a while. you're pretty lucky it was just spike tbh, i've seen a handful of people lose all their characters

The problem in this case is the items disappear 'live'. Item goes into Spike, Spike is closed (or even switched to a different tab), reopened (switched back), and the item is already gone. Multiple attempts were made to remedy the issue through manipulation of the save file folder, but none bore fruit. The feature itself is somehow corrupted.

Hm, this sounds different that the usual save data loss during multiplayer sessions. It is also very serious. My advice is to post a new thread about it in the bug reporting board for current version, here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/2768430/discussions/3/

I solved it. I disabled steam cloud, and deleted the glitched bank files. Problem solved on relaunch!
