Catacombs bosses are too easy
After soloing on 100%er builds for each stat, I think that hyper beam is just free damage... for the player.

Maybe the bosses could track the player by about 5 degrees per second when using the beam, as well as have the bosses attempt to counter attacks to their backside with a punch.

I also think that Kazuul and Zuulneruda should summon 6/3 enemies rather than 4/2. He can throw in a couple of hellsludges.

I also think the wisps/miasmas can have ranged attacks, like spitting a spirit ball/poison arrow/siphon leech. Grinding through mobs with ranged weapons feels far easier than using melee in the early game and I think that should be rectified.

For veterans, sure. The catacombs aren't much to write home about.

But try to recall your time as a newbie...

The enemies were overwhelming, even at 4.
The teleporting made you lose track of the boss.
That laser, fired after teleporting, and likely while you're still fighting mobs, blindsides you.

I've seen several newbies get repeatedly dusted by that laser. Sure, it never hits us, the veterans, but the catacombs isn't for us. It's the first dungeon for the first players.
Okay but the spinny energy walls are on the OP side.
Fair enough on the spinners. I had to stick around after class to figure them out.
Why do some people master something and then say it's too easy?

Of course it's easy, you stayed up all night doing it over and over again, for some reason.
I started playing last week, and the catacomb bosses felt fair but difficult enough. I died the first time and beat them the second after I learned their gimmicks. Making them more difficult could turn people away that early into the game. So it's a slippery slope. I enjoyed my time clearing those dungeons, and wouldn't personally preffer making the game more challenging. Maybe offering a third layer for endgame builds would be a good alternative. But locked til you reach such levels.

This game is not exactly hard. You have to try really hard and handicap yourself for this game to actually be considered hard.
