for mouse + Keyboard, I can see a toggle being added, and for controller support, probably just lightly pressing the stick would work. But they'd have to be implemented first, and might not be the highest priorities.

That kind of feature strikes me as a "we'll add it if there's time" kinda deal.

Walking would be nice, maybe can be an emote. /walk to activate walk and you just need to rush/charge to activate the running again.
