Is it that King set from the tier 3 Sanctum or just something from Grove?

I'm at the end of current content and wanna be the stronkest Poon by noon.

Grind for gear in crescent Grove, it has the current strongest weapons. the fighter guardian has a quest that gives one of the best rings in the game (to my knowledge). As for armor crescent Grove again specifically fighting Colossus as he drops the level 21 gear and armor.

There might be an exception or two (For instance, I prefer the T3 Sanctum Chest armor for Mystic, 'cuz it comes with that sweet sweet mgk crit), but yeah, Crescent Grove is going to be your go-to for the best stuff in 99.99% of the time.
