Fixing corrupted characters

Hi, unfortunately a power outage happened and i experienced the blank character selection slate bug. I know the characters are probably lost forever, but how can I fix it so i can make new characters normally?

Probably delete the character's save file in the game location but you could check if any text in the file is readable to copy paste onto the next

backup your character file for the time being, and delete the atl_characterProfile_0 file under ATLYSS\ATLYSS_Data\profileCollections. if you have a file titled something like atl_characterProfile_0_temp, try removing the '_temp' part and seeing if your character still works. that's all i know for now
