The dev can't even implement cloud saves and controller support, I don't think this is gonna happen.

I think i read somewhere that they dont want to work on a modding tool, but they also not against it.

So it might all just be based on when others is going to try mod it.

Since the game is made in Unity, most modding will likely be community driven through Thunderstore/ROR2 Mod Manager

They said they are working on both of those and that they won't add native Modding Tools.

They can implement them, it just takes time.

Just wait for Thunderstore to get a library and tools for this game.
