Character slots on Character Select are missing due to character slot corruption
https://imgur.com/a/2RwieV3

Had my computer restart instantly because of a power supply issue while having the game open with a character on the first slot inside the Sanctum area. Upon opening up the game again after that, the slots to select characters are gone.

I've found that the character in slot 1 has been corrupted because of this.
C:\Steam\steamapps\common\ATLYSS\ATLYSS_Data\profileCollections
Removing the affected character out of this folder brings back the menu slots (and my other 2 characters made are just fine!)

Your save slot got corrupted, gotta remove that if you want to still keep playing.
ATLYSS_Data\profileCollections then remove whatever slot character number you were playing. (For an easier time, try opening it up with a notepad, and if NUL comes up, it means that the save is corrupted.)

If you have another saves slots, you don't need to remove those, since it's the corrupted one who's doing the problem. (At least it was like that for me)

Dev said that he's currently trying to figure out a way to patch this problem, until then, just try backing up your stuff if you believe something like this could still happen with ya.

No worries, hope your loss wasn't frustrating at least.
