How do you get one of these? I need one for a quest, I think I had one but I sold it lol!

shopkeeper has a quest for it

yeah you have to do the repeatable mekspear quest from the shopkeeper to get another

You get the needed drop off of Mekboars which are in an area that's available out of the Outer Sanctum.
