Feedback: Request Autopickup (F)

Howdy! Liking the start so far and i am already happy to support this game.
Early feedback, would like an [Autopickup] option.

*I have arthritis at a disability level*, so im not capable of mass repeated presses or button mashing for examples. Thankfully auto attack is a standard but i would appreciate auto pickup so i dont need to mash F all over the place :) ty!

I believe that holding down F will pick up everything your walk over. That's not a replacement for a real autopickup, but it is a a starting point.

You can hold F, this has been in the game for a while.

I don't have a problem with just holding a button. What's more annoying is that i can't pick up items while blocking. Combine that with really short loot despawn time, and it can create some really tense moments... But tbh, maybe this was intended, then i'm okay with it. :)

I would love to just not press a button to auto pickup items. A filter to pick between rarities (common, uncommon, rare, etc.) would be nice.
