inconsistent frame drops?

for the most part im getting 75 frames while playing, but noticeably it will drop to 35 frames at random times. im wondering if other people are getting this issue and if so if they found a fix to make it not noticable.

Is this online or in solo play? if it's online, are you host? Because there's a thing where the host is the one responsible for loading in players dungeon instances so you'd be getting drops from that.

Mine does it too idk what's wrong when I first downloaded it it was fine but now it'll be 240 and just drop to 30 for a split second really frequent intervals like every 2 or 3 seconds it'll do it

I'm also using 75 fps and getting the same exact dips into 35 fps. It happens very briefly but its noticeable, outside of that my fps is completely stable and never drops below 75, it's just those weird random moments and it always dips down to precisely 35 fps, nothing inbetween.

EDIT: Whoops mine goes down to 38 not 35 but same deal. It doesn't appear to happen if I'm standing still so I think it might be the game loading/rendering stuff in. Idk.
