Camera Rotation Bug

There is a bug with my game, no matter how much I move the mouse, my camera is locked facing one direction, cannot even rotate the character

No matter how much I move the mouse or try to scroll wheel or anything, the camera is locked straight ahead, only changeable by spamming H. No clue how to report this, so writing it as a discussion.

I played the demo and it worked just fine there, and in the official release, it just...doesn't work. Will reboot my computer and see what happens after, but so far, this might be an issue to look into.

Coming back to report I have fixed the issue. I first restarted my computer, but remembering I have a security program running that isolates programs that get on my computer, I went in and removed it from there, and viola, it fixed the issue. So if anyone has similar issues, check your security programs to see if they might be mucking with the files at all.
