i'm sure this is already planned, the game's just really early in development (beta build) so your suggestion is essentially nil. i'm pretty sure that was the other commenter's point

Also every MMORPG and most games in general really suffer from what you're describing, if you've already hit max level and have all the best gear in the game then you basically have 2 options. You can either run content just to see how fast you can clear them and to earn money/use items/cosmetics or you can start a new character. Other than socialising of course which can be done on any character at anytime.
