how to join party members in there dungeon

friend entered a dungeon forgot we where not in a party, i made a party but not sure how to join there dungeon i see there arrow on my map but there not in the same dungeon as me?

You have to invite them to your party in the Who menu. You access it by pressing tab and then going to the rightmost menu. Then you invite them to your party and the leader has to initiate the dungeon.
