What balancing are you encountering? Just out of curiosity >u<
If you're into short stacks and anthropomorphic cartoon characters this game will definitely have you feeling some kind of way,
And don't be fooled, Character designs and character customization is definitely swinging into the ecchi style.
Let me make it real simple, If you ever looked at a picture of Rouge The bat, And thought in your mind, "SEGA should have never made a character like this, She's way too sexual!", You should definitely avoid this game.
And just to clarify, I'm well aware that there are settings to reduce "fan service" in the game, But people who have problems with "fan service" will ignore these settings and still complain and avoid the game, Since they don't believe in options on these topics, I know that for a fact.
Honestly it's quite fun and I like the 2005-2009 MMO feels that the game gives. The lasive elements are just a plus. try it for yourself and make your own conclusions :)
