Unity is very moddable. Even besides the save editor, developing mods is still very doable. Just expect LOTS of texture clipping and tearing if you figure out how.

Yea, exterior pressure can drastically limit the physical volume of an object, including butts :D

Jokes aside, there's a tick box in the options to restrict proportions. I personally havent fiddled with it, but am wondering if this is the culprit.
